Hello! Sorry, it's been a while since last time. But I've only been home and lain on the couch and not at all been in the mood for anyway. Now I feel much better, my throat is still a bit sore but otherwise I feel refreshed and healthy!
Yesterday I worked my last day at Telia, had a really good time there but office job is really not for me. Feel so relieved inside now. Will work as a personal assistant until my education on Safe Education, which starts in November. Tense about the future!
My typical smoothie again today, banana, milk, raspberry, oatmeal, protein powder from Scitec Nutrition and some lime, yummy. Today I have not done much at all, we've cleaned the apartment and I have worked a bit on a painting to my mother, her birthday is tomorrow! Later we're going out and eating at town, was going to take my camera with me so you will see some pictures tomorrow. Have a super evening!
Hej! Jag skulle gärna vela gå ner i vikt samt bygga upp muskler. Speciellt på magen. Försöker köra cardio så ofta jag hinner. Men har hört att LCHF dieten är något bra om man vill förlora vikt. Då jag verkligen ääälskar mat och inte skulle kunna "dra ner lite bara" på ätandet. Känner att jag behöver följa någon slags diet.
Har du någon erfarenhet av denna diet eller några tankar om den? Skulle vara kul att höra eftersom du är min favorit gymbloggare!! Kram!
